512 Translations is a cloud based company, meaning our team consists of translators, bilingual copywriters, editors, proofreaders, and project managers all over the world. We work together wherever we are whenever you need us. Each and everyone of our team members has a specialized background in an area of study, helping us have a broad range of knowledge in different areas for translation.

We provide English to Spanish, Spanish to English translation and transcreation services. Our goal in providing you with high quality translation services combined with attentive customer service is our main priority.

We accomplish this by making sure every field of service goes through extensive localization and QA testing to make sure everything from language to symbols are consistent with your branding, but also making sure the language used reflects the specific target audience's culture.

We specialize in translation of technical documents as well as trancreation of creative copy for marketing and advertising fields.

Video Subtitling Translation

Our transcreation services for video subtitling transcripts focus on feature films, short films, commercials, interviews, and video messages.

Web and UX/UI Design Translation

We provide transcreation services for websites and UX/UI designed applications. We also provide localization and QA testing services to ensure every link works in the translated version and make sure branding and translation messaging is consistent across the website and applications.

Proofreading and Editing

We also offer proofreading and editing services for other translators or for clients with previously completed translation projects from other parties.

Pricing

Our rates differ from project to project. We understand the frustration of not knowing how much money you will have to spend on your project. At 512 Translations, we offer a breakdown of baseline prices for the services that we offer.

Rush services are available for document projects that are 6 pages or less for an additional 10% of the total cost of the project.

Document Translation

  • $0.18 per word for 5 pages or less
  • $0.15 per word for 6 pages or less

Video Subtitling Translation

  • $85 per hour for translation of transcript (with template included)
  • $95 per hour for transcription and translation

Web and UX/UI Design Translation

  • $0.20 per word for webpages only.
  • If webpage has video that needs to be transcribed and subtitled, then Video Subtitling services will be added on as a second invoice.

Proofreading and Editing

  • $0.13 per word
